During the school year,  I visit various cities to speak with students ranging from  fourth  grade through college . I love the  questions and thoughtful discussions, and seeing how  excited and eager students are to learn about my work, writing process and the challenges that come with being a professional author.   In these photos you will also see the dedication of  educators  and staff, who work tirelessly  with students for months to  creatively and thoughtfully teach reading, writing and literature in a way that gets students learning.
